HOW TO CHANGE/RECOVER ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD
so here in this case, we want to recover administrator password, so i type:
net user administrator * (press enter)
(type your new password and press enter)
(again type your new password and press enter)

With administrative privilige, you can also change your local accounts password too by following the same format:
net user (account/user name) *
then set your new password
